Making A Purchase ORDERING:-

www.dress-circle-horsewear.com is available online 24 hours a day 7 days a week to browse through our range of horsewear. Orders are placed online or by post.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

PAY ONLINE:-

When making a purchase you can pay online using our encrypted secure online server which accepts credit/debit cards. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been completed.

POST PAYMENT:-

Please enclose the printable order form with your cheque payable to Dress Circle Horsewear.
Please allow 7 working days (excluding weekends) for the cheque to clear in full before your order is despatched. Postal orders (available from your post office) are acceptable and will enable your order to be posted within 48 hours of receipt.

PAYMENT TERMS:-

Dress Circle Horsewear do NOT issue credit accounts for wholesale or retail
Card Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard, switch, solo or Maestro.
Orders will NOT be despatched until payment has been received and cleared in full.

We can ONLY accept credit card payments from overseas buyers. You have two options, purchase online in UK sterling (£) currency and your credit card company will convert it on your statement to your own countries currency, or alternatively you can ring us on +44 1937 843425 and pay over the phone, we can accept the following currencies, Australian Dollar, USA Dollar, Euro and Sterling. All card processing payments are handled through our secure epayment server with HSBC bank.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

When your pacel is ready for despatch an email will be sent to you to confirm when it will be delivered.

Shipping And Handling POSTAGE & PACKAGING:-

£5.80 is our standard charge no matter how much is ordered for UK Mainland customers. We use Parcel force courier to ensure a fast reliable service.

There is a surcharge for the Highlands, Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Scilly & Isle of Man.
Overseas orders are sent insured via Royal Mail or Parcel force and are charges according to the total weight.

DELIVERY:-

All products/goods are subject to availability. We aim to despatch within 48 hours of cleared payment. We deliver worldwide. Please email for postage costs. In the unlikely event that your order is to be delayed you will be notified by email/telephone.
Delivery Schedule We process your order within 48 hours. International orders are generally received in under 14 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:-

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, however if you find the item does not fit or is unsuitable then unsoiled items may be exchanged or refunded (less postage) if returned (at the customers own expense) within 7 days of the order with proof of purchase along with the reason for exchange or refund. Ensure the rugs are free from any dirt & horse hair and they MUST be sent back in original - undamaged packaging.

Any returns after 10 days will be given a credit note for the value of the product purchased (excl p&p)

Please post back using an insured/traceable service. Royal Mail 1st class recorded includes a signature on receipt of delivery, keep proof of postage until the return has been received.

Dress Circle Horsewear will not be responsible for returned goods lost or damaged in the post.

Soiled goods will not be considered for exchange or refund so please ensure they are clean to be resold as new. You will receive your exchange rug (when in stock) or refund (less postage) within 7 days of receipt. Any exchanges for a different size or colour will carry an extra standard delivery charge for re-delivery.

WARRANTY:-

If you feel your product is faulty on arrival, Please contact us immediately via phone or email

Please do not use or make any attempt to fix a problem on any product as this will effect your warranty.

We will refund in full or offer an exchange if the product is found to have a factory fault within 90 days from the date of purchase, this includes Faulty Zip, faulty Fabric or faulty stitching. A fault would show up within this time scale.

This guarantee does NOT cover misuse of the product such as rips, damage, wear & tear caused by the Horse/Pony.

ALL items returned must be clean - due to health & safety at work practice.
